Faceted Jewels Top Complete

All of my sewing this week has been spent finishing up my Faceted Jewels Quilt.  I didn't take pictures of the progress this week because I didn't want to bore you all with the same quilt pretty much over and over, sewing a block together and then a row together isn't too exciting.  But the top is all finished now and I took it outside this morning to get a full shot of it.  There is 2192 pieces in this top.  All but the white were individually cut from my scraps.  I am so in love with this quilt.  I have admired it on Cupcakes and Daisies blog for a long time and wanted to have one of my very own and now I finally do. Well at least the top part.  :)

  2. I LOVE this quilt. The whole reason I learned to quilt was to make a 'scrap' quilt - which I have been working on for 15 years. Great work - it is really beautiful and inspiring!!
