I'm still fairly new to crazy quilting and have only really done it on postcards. This time I joined a 8inch Crazy Quilt Block swap in my
Art4Mail yahoo group. It was very different for me to work on flimsy fabric instead of a stablized post card. I think they turned out pretty good though. They are very similar to the postcards I posted a while ago. Same fabric. The swap said not to use cotton, and since almost every fabric in my stash is cotton, I had to resort back to these silks I had. I hope they ladies in my group like them.
Your stitching is very nicely done. I always use cottons! Cottons, silks and linens, because I love the feel of them and how the stitch. Rarely anything else. What group were you doing the blocks with?
