Summer Day

It sure doesn't feel like a summer day here today.  I woke up to 37 degrees.  I was sure the hot temps of the past couple weeks were here to stay, so I was surprised by the sudden weather change.
I still went for my morning walk though, just had to add a jacket.
In the meantime, I have caught up on my Summer Day Schnibble quilt.  I got my geese grouped together and the sides stitched on.  Next step is putting them all together.

Beautiful fabrics and love the fly geese! Our temperature has been in the 40's- 50's which seems cool after all the hot weather. Thank goodness I still have my turtle-necks out!

Such pretty colors in your Flying Geese. It's 25 degrees cooler here than it was 2 days ago - I'm certainly not complaining :)

You have the sides stitched on too!! Impressive!! I hope to do that tomorrow....I like how you used the same kind of fabric for the sides. Can't wait to see it finished :-). It's going to be a beauty!
